How long does therapy usually last?
Many clients meet weekly for 8–12 sessions, then space out as progress holds. It depends entirely on your goals.
Do you take insurance?
Sample plans A and B in-network; superbills provided otherwise. (Replace with your accepted plans.)
In-person or virtual?
Both. Virtual sessions anywhere in the state, and in-person sessions in Anytown by appointment.
How do I book?
